1. Booking and Payments

All bookings must be made through the website booking system.

Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment or program enrollment.

Prices are listed on the service or program page and are inclusive of GST (if applicable).
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice cannot be refunded.

No refunds are given for missed sessions or late cancellations.

You may reschedule your session once, subject to availability.

Group programs and memberships are non-refundable after the start date.
3. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions or programs is confidential.

Information will not be shared without your consent, except where required by law.
4. Conduct

Respectful behaviour is expected from both parties during sessions and communications.

If inappropriate behaviour occurs, the service provider reserves the right to terminate the session without refund.
5. Limitations

The services offered are not a substitute for medical or emergency care.

If you have urgent health or mental health concerns, please contact appropriate healthcare professionals immediately.
6. Technical Issues

For online sessions, please ensure you have a stable internet connection.

The service provider is not responsible for technical issues outside of their control.
7. Memberships and Programs

Monthly memberships will be charged on the 1st of each month.

Memberships and group programs are non-refundable after the start date.

Access to program materials will be provided as outlined in the program details.
