Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payments

  • All bookings must be made through the website booking system.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment or program enrollment.

  • Prices are listed on the service or program page and are inclusive of GST (if applicable).

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice cannot be refunded.

  • No refunds are given for missed sessions or late cancellations.

  • You may reschedule your session once, subject to availability.

  • Group programs and memberships are non-refundable after the start date.

3. Confidentiality

  • All personal information shared during sessions or programs is confidential.

  • Information will not be shared without your consent, except where required by law.

4. Conduct

  • Respectful behaviour is expected from both parties during sessions and communications.

  • If inappropriate behaviour occurs, the service provider reserves the right to terminate the session without refund.

5. Limitations

  • The services offered are not a substitute for medical or emergency care.

  • If you have urgent health or mental health concerns, please contact appropriate healthcare professionals immediately.

6. Technical Issues

  • For online sessions, please ensure you have a stable internet connection.

  • The service provider is not responsible for technical issues outside of their control.

7. Memberships and Programs

  • Monthly memberships will be charged on the 1st of each month.

  • Memberships and group programs are non-refundable after the start date.

  • Access to program materials will be provided as outlined in the program details.
